B. Gautham Baliga
Gautham is a distinguished engineer and industry leader with over 40 years of experience in the HVAC sector. A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur (Class of 1979), he started his career with Voltas Ltd, where he honed his skills for 8 years. He then went on to become a Partner/Director of Opal HVAC Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
Gautham is an active member of the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) and has held several influential positions, including Chair of the ISHRAE Institute of Excellence, Chair of the ISHRAE Certification Program, President of the ISHRAE Mumbai Chapter, and Organizer of aQuest, the Intercollegiate Engineering Quiz Competition. He is also the Chair of the Healthcare Technical Group, which has developed the Healthcare Guide for HVAC in Healthcare Spaces, available for purchase from the ISHRAE bookstore.
Gautham is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Indoor Environmental Quality Global Alliance (IEQ GA), and the World Health Organization's Expert Advisory Panel on Indoor Air Quality (WHO ECAP). He continues to make a significant impact in the HVAC industry and promote environmental sustainability.
His business philosophy is centred on making money through ethical means, and he is a passionate advocate for sustainability and sustainable technologies.

Amrit Marathe
Amrit is a highly accomplished mechanical engineer with a B.Tech from IIT Bombay (1984). He brings to the table a wealth of experience in the field of air conditioning, having spent four years working for renowned companies such as Voltas and Blue Star.
For the past 34 years, Amrit has been a Partner/Director at Opal HVAC Engineers Pvt. Ltd., where he has honed his expertise in the design, construction, and installation of industrial and comfort air conditioning and ventilation systems. His extensive knowledge and experience have made him a sought-after industry expert.
